You’ll Support Meaningful Work By

- Developing innovative healthcare-focused product application concepts that incorporate Steelcase Health research, insights, and best practices.
- Designing and specifying healthcare environments through space planning, renderings, technical drawings, and bill of materials documentation.
- Collaborating with sales teams, dealers, architects, designers, and internal partners to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Applying healthcare product knowledge to create thoughtful, clinically appropriate solutions that support connected care experiences.
- Managing project information, timelines, and status updates through CRM tools while maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Supporting product marketing, showroom teams, and other internal partners with design expertise and application development.
- Developing and curating team resources, knowledge-sharing materials, and best practices to strengthen team capabilities and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture,



or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience in interior design, architecture, or related environments.
- Experience creating both conceptual and technical design deliverables, including renderings, drawings, specifications, and space plans.
- Ability to interpret and apply architectural and construction drawings in the development of design solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with design and visualization software such as SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud applications, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated skills in space planning, rendering, graphic presentation, and design thinking.

Work Arrangement This position is based in Monterrey and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Team members are expected to work onsite during their first three months to support onboarding and training. Following this period, employees may work a schedule of three full days in the office and two days remotely, or four half-days onsite each week, based on team recommendations and business needs.
