We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with experience for our new site in Chihuahua city.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.

Proficiency in TRESS and Microsoft Office.

Advanced English (required).

Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment, including the following processes:

- Recruitment for administrative positions, including management-level roles.
- Compensation surveys and job performance
- Employee retention programs and talent development initiatives.
- Labor relations management.
- Administration of employee benefits.
- Knowledge of succession planning.
- Organization of employee recognition events.
- Management of communication programs.
- Promotions management
- Administration of vendor contracts (REPSE) and compliance
- Assuring compliance with labor law and policies
- Onboarding follows up for new hires
