We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure operations, security initiatives, and technology modernization efforts within a complex banking environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of critical infrastructure services while partnering with local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure operations covering servers, storage, virtualization, databases, middleware, and operating systems.
- Drive vulnerability management and infrastructure security initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit commitments.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades,
patching, and lifecycle management activities.
- Partner with regional teams to align technology standards and operating procedures.
- Lead internal and external resources supporting infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with Audit, Risk, Security, and Business teams.
- Develop infrastructure roadmaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Infrastructure Management experience.
- Strong background in infrastructure operations, security controls, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, VMware, SQL Server, Oracle, storage technologies, and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of infrastructure governance, audit remediation, and regulatory requirements.
- Previous leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Banking industry experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Infrastructure or cloud certifications.
- Experience in financial services or banking environments.
- Knowledge of payment systems and financial applications.
- Experience supporting regional or general technology initiatives.
