The idóneo candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Key Responsibilities:

● Build integration features, RESTful APIs, and shared libraries against defined contracts and patterns, contributing to the event-driven and asynchronous flows the team builds

● Contribute directly to integration logic in the existing product code, including the monolithic application, to help clear the current backlog

● Move between modern .NET services and older .NET Framework code, debug across service boundaries, and help diagnose failures in integration flows

● Follow established API standards for versioning, contracts, and deprecation

● Take a well-scoped design or task and drive it to a working, deployed result with guidance from senior engineers

Own Your Work Required Skills:





● 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems

● Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including exposure to .NET Framework codebases

● Experience building or contributing to production APIs and integration features

● Experience working in large, established codebases

● Daily hands-on use of modern AI coding harnesses (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, or similar), with a working understanding of what an agent is (model plus harness)

● Experience writing unit and integration tests, including using AI to help build them
