We're currently seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to become part of our team. This position provides a chance to contribute to impactful initiatives within a dynamic, collaborative setting. Responsibilities

- Build software solutions that satisfy both functional and technical specifications
- Follow established coding conventions consistently across all development work
- Create and run unit tests to confirm code accuracy and dependability
- Take part in shaping architectural decisions in collaboration with the wider engineering team
- Team up with colleagues to explore and gain insight into existing system structures
- Spot technical complexity hotspots and surface risks that could jeopardize successful delivery
- Develop a thorough understanding of what the application can do and how it functions
- Provide clients with consistent updates regarding development milestones and progress

Requirements

- Five-plus years of practical, applicable development background
- A minimum of one year leading and managing development teams
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux, and Generative AI-related technologies




- Background writing server-side code as part of broader full-stack responsibilities
- Experience constructing API orchestration layers or Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures that connect with microservices
- Capable communication skills with working English fluency at B2 level or above, enabling clear grasp of business needs and their conversion into technical architecture

Nice to have

- Background applying Java to backend development tasks
- Experience utilizing GraphQL to build and consume APIs
- Knowledge of Redis for supporting caching and data storage needs
