Mission The Machinery Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective daily execution of shop-floor maintenance activities, coordinating technical staff, and guaranteeing a rapid, appropriate response to maintain machinery reliability and availability for production.

Key Activities

- Coordinate and assign tasks to technical staff based on the priorities and needs of the assigned Business Unit, including equipment availability for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate immediate responses to machinery breakdowns and escalate complex, recurring, or high-impact failures.



Escalate issues to the Maintenance Engineer when failure analysis is required for complex machinery (automated systems and/or new technologies).
- Ensure the daily and weekly execution of the preventive maintenance program in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify, request, and maintain the spare parts and daily operational materials needed for the timely execution of routine maintenance work.
- Manage spare parts and maintenance service providers on the shop floor regarding material receipt and the execution of contracted services, reporting any quality or compliance issues to the Maintenance Coordinator.
- Ensure that maintenance technicians correctly document activities performed, comply with applicable safety procedures, and participate in improving maintenance methods.
- Document and support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure rapid problem resolution.
- Ensure maintenance technicians are trained in the application of standard work.

Profile

Know Your Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree on Mechatronic, electronic, mechanical, electric or similar.
- Advanced-Level: 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing plant, distribution center, or industrial facility.
- English proficiency: Level B2 Upper Intermediate
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule and log work orders.
- Experience reading technical blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics.
- High problem-solving capability under pressure, excellent communication, and natural leadership with a team-oriented mindset.
