Descripción del empleo

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical panels, sensors, drives, HMIs, and automation equipment.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures and implement effective corrective actions.

Support production by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.

Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic and control systems when required.

Execute equipment inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.





Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO, EHS regulations, and company maintenance standards.

Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and production equipment.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment performance and process stability.

Key Skills

PLC troubleshooting and programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, etc.)

Electrical and mechanical maintenance

Automation and control systems

Reading electrical schematics and technical drawings

HVAC manufacturing equipment knowledge

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving

Safety standards (LOTO, EHS)
