We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable collaboration and document management solutions. This role is adecuado for someone passionate about building efficient workflows and enhancing user experience within Microsoft ecosystems.

Location: CDMX / GMT-6 Time Zone

Mode: Freelance / Remote or Hybrid (Anywhere within CDMX is preferred)

Duration: Project Based

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online / SharePoint On-Premise solutions.
- Build and maintain custom web parts, workflows, and forms.
- Develop solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft services (Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Manage permissions, security, and governance within SharePoint environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, usability, and access.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in development and deployment.

Qualifications as a MUST

- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer.
- Strong experience with PowerApps
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premise.
- Hands-on experience with SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Graph API, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Azure services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with migration projects (on-prem to SharePoint Online).
