Quality Intern

Support quality assurance, quality control, audit, and continuous improvement activities within a manufacturing environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, investigate non-conformities, analyze process performance, and contribute to initiatives that improve product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

- Support quality control activities to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality systems and industry requirements.
- Assist in investigating non-conformities and support root cause analysis activities.
- Collaborate in the implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain quality data and documentation.
- Prepare quality reports, metrics, and performance summaries.
- Work with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify and resolve process issues.
- Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality management system requirements.
- Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies.
- Participate in training and development activities related to quality systems and manufacturing processes.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,



Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one year remaining before graduation.
- Conversational English skills.
- Availability to work part-time in an on-site environment.
- Interest in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Continuous Improvement.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Quality Management Systems.
- Experience analyzing data and preparing reports.
- Understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
