Role Overview The Residential Maintenance Manager (RMM) will oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation needs of 20+ luxury residential properties. This includes project managing new acquisitions and construction, coordinating vendors, and implementing systematic processes to ensure properties meet operational and investor standards. The RMM will build a knowledge base of properties to streamline ongoing maintenance and care, ensuring the best experience for residents and investors.
