What will you do?
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.).
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
- Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates.
- Collaborate closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.

Who will you report to?
- You will report to the HR Manager and work closely with:
- Hiring Managers (Operations)
- HR and Training teams
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Availability to work part-time/full-time as per internship requirements.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint preferred).
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work 100% onsite.
- Availability to work from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Graduation date mid-2027.
