- Bachelor’s degree in packaging design or equivalent professional experience in automotive industry
- 5-7 years' experience in automotive packaging and/or Transportation Management with experience in project management
- Understanding of packaging standards in automotive
- Business case management experience
- Understanding of automotive supply chain processes,
- Basics knowledge of 3D design SW tools, e.g. Catia
- Collaboration and relationship building
- Prioritization & sense of urgency
- Self-driven attitude
- Systems and process thinking
- Communication and influencing skills
- Highly accountability & reliability, adaptability
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Familiar with North America (MX, US & Canada) cultures and ways of working
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Missions
- Missions
- Lead packaging and flow optimization initiatives to reduce transport costs, enhance efficiency,
and ensure seamless collaboration across suppliers, customers, and plant operations.
- Define and execute packaging and flow optimization projects with clear action plans
- Build and present business cases for leadership approval
- Deliver against performance ambitions & KPI improvement in on-time delivery, cost, CO2 and all other Performance indicators of the 360 degrees-performance dashboards
Activities
- Analyze packaging flows to identify inefficiencies and non-value-added activities
- Assess packaging performance & efficiency (damage rates, load density, stackability, foldability etc.)
- Propose packaging flow & design improvements, considering material protection, handling, stackability and transport cost
- Lead the implementation of flow and packaging optimization projects,
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and engineers to prototype and validate solutions
- Update SOPs and handling guidelines to reflect improvements
- Collaboration and contribution to create a packaging catalog and/ or unique database
