Requirements:

- Completed High School degree (Bachillerato)
- Advanced English level: ability to read, write,



and speak fluent English
- Must be residing within 1.5 hours away from the work location (on-site)
- Customer service experience (in any industry but experience working at a Call Center is highly preferred)
- Computer skills, databases, and Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
