SAP Project Manager

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in Project Management with S/4 HANA (greenfield, brownfield and upgrades)

Experience with

- SAP ACTIVATE / AGILE
- SAP ALM
- SAP Private Cloud (RISE)
- SAP Public Cloud (GROW)
- BTP
- API

Main Activities and responsibilities:

- Coordinate SAP consultants SAP Rollout
- Coordinate with project manager in client side to follow up project duties.
- Coordinate and participate in steering committee meetings.
- Coordinate with ADM and PxM to start up for the SAP project.
- Generate, Mentoring and Couching SAP consultants in the assigned specialty
- Work with Project Mangers / Project Leaders for bring new capabilities to the projects and coordinate with capability management team to create new SAP academies aligned with demand planning.




- Coordinate capability management team to support project staffing, sourcing, and mobility.
- Perform project review to Project Mangers / Project Leaders level and define commitments and action items to improve project delivery and gross margin and review projects KPI in terms of capabilities and cost of resources.
- Follow up and Oversight of CMMi Levels for projects and Process Improvement
- Responsible for information into internal systems for financial and project information.
- Attend Monthly Business Review with PMOs, VPOs and Practice Manager
- Resource Management, Escalations, PL mentoring.
