Senior Analyst – Logistics & Compliance

Position Summary The Senior Analyst – Logistics & Compliance is responsible for supporting and optimizing Hansgrohe Mexico’s logistics operations while ensuring product certifications, regulatory compliance, and continued market access.
This role plays a key part in maintaining Hansgrohe Mexico’s product certification strategy, including applicable NOM requirements, and serves as a liaison between Hansgrohe Mexico, HQ, logistics partners, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders.
The position requires strong technical knowledge, analytical capability, independent decision-making, and the ability to effectively coordinate complex logistics and regulatory matters across local and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Certifications & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage and coordinate product certifications and approvals required for the Mexican market, including applicable NOM requirements.
- Monitor certification status, renewals, regulatory changes, and deadlines to ensure compliance and uninterrupted market access.
- Coordinate with HQ, certification bodies, and other stakeholders to obtain technical documentation, testing, and approvals.
- Maintain complete and traceable documentation for certifications, approvals, and regulatory processes.
- Support compliance with applicable customs, trade, tariff classification, transportation, import, and 3PL requirements.
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Support and monitor logistics activities from procurement and shipment through final delivery within Mexico.
- Coordinate with HQ, logistics providers, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to address logistics issues and minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor transportation, lead times, transit times, customs processes, warehousing, inventory flows, and service-provider performance.
- Analyze logistics processes to identify risks, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support benchmarking of logistics providers to optimize cost, service, quality, and compliance.
Analysis & Process Improvement
- Track and analyze logistics and operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory performance, service levels, and logistics costs.
- Analyze transportation, warehousing, customs, and fulfillment costs and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Develop and maintain processes, controls, documentation, and reporting to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Support Finance with visibility into the financial impact of logistics operations, including relevant Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Utilize SAP and other relevant systems to support logistics, reporting, master data, and compliance activities.
- Support internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and HQ teams, by providing expertise related to logistics operations, certifications, regulatory compliance, and product approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering,
or a related field.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, product certification, regulatory compliance, international trade, or a related function.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican product certification and regulatory requirements, preferably including NOM certification processes.
- Strong understanding of transportation, customs, imports, tariff classification, warehousing, and supply-chain processes.
- Experience working with international organizations and coordinating with general or regional headquarters preferred.
- Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and process-improvement skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across multiple functions and international stakeholders.
Language Requirements Spanish: Native or fluent proficiency
English: C1 level or equivalent – required
Advanced English proficiency is essential due to regular communication with Hansgrohe HQ. The successful candidate must be able to independently participate in meetings and clearly communicate logistics, certification, and regulatory matters in both written and verbal English.
