Key Responsibilities May Include:

- Partner with risk owners to consistently and effectively apply the risk management framework.
- Manage and maintain the Risk Registers, ensuring identified risks and controls are monitored, updated, and effectively mitigated.
- Collaborate with risk owners to track the effectiveness of mitigation measures
- Monitor performance of key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Maintain secure and efficient catalogue and storing of all risk information with appropriate classifications and access
- Identify and deliver opportunities to make the risk management process more efficient, including leveraging of software tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI etc.)
- Track and report on progress of risk, audit and compliance actions




- Deliver advisory services, training, and education to stakeholders to promote awareness of risks, controls, and process improvements.

Buscamos un(a) competente con experiencia en Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls o Compliance para integrarse a nuestro equipo regional LATAM.

Responsabilidades principales:

- Apoyar iniciativas regionales de gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento.
- Participar en auditorías internas y seguimiento de controles.
- Gestionar documentación, SOPs y procesos de gobernanza.
- Colaborar con stakeholders de múltiples países y funciones.
- Contribuir a iniciativas de prevención de fraude y mejora de procesos.

Perfil requerido:

- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración o afín.
- 3 a 5+ años de experiencia en Riesgos, Auditoría Interna, Controles Internos o Compliance.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas y análisis de datos).
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos multinacionales.
- Alto nivel de organización, atención al detalle y manejo de múltiples prioridades.

Será un plus contar con experiencia en:

- Big 4
- GRC, SOX o Enterprise Risk Management
- FMCG
- Riesgo Operativo en banca
- Visio
- Certificaciones CIA,
