Job DescriptionThe selected professional will support an IT Change Management Automation Project, coordinating and executing the end-to-end change and release lifecycle across infrastructure areas.

The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills, together with solid experience working in complex and highly regulated IT environments.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute the release lifecycle across infrastructure areas.
- Prepare and manage change tickets.
- Manage the release calendar and coordinate change windows.
- Align stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the change lifecycle.
- Identify dependencies, risks and potential conflicts between changes.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, security and business teams.
- Track KPIs, incidents and Change Management metrics.
- Support Go-Live and post-release activities.
- Review and improve Change & Release Management processes.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze infrastructure events and identify trends,



risks and potential areas for improvement.
- Support reporting and documentation related to Change and Release Management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Release Management, IT Operations or PMO.
- Experience working in complex and highly regulated environments.
- Experience within the financial services or banking industry is highly desirable.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly Change and Release Management modules.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with infrastructure environments, including networks, servers, databases, cloud services and security.
