Location / Working Model: Mexico City | Hybrid – 2 days in the office

Language: Strong professional English is required

Scope: General Creative Hub Design high-quality integrated creative across digital, social, presentations, campaigns, brand collateral, and marketing assets

Create and work directly with motion, animation, and social-first content

Take concepts from initial idea through to polished execution

Work across both static design and motion — this role genuinely needs strength in both

Set the standard for design, motion, and overall creative craft

Prioritize workloads and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on time

You could currently be a Senior Designer, Lead Designer, Design Lead, Associate Creative Director, or Senior Creative Manager — the title matters less than the work. Have a strong portfolio showing both design AND motion





Can demonstrate approximately a 50/50 balance between static/integrated design and motion/animation

Understand social-first creative , not just traditional campaigns or TVCs

Are comfortable working with global teams and stakeholders

Have strong professional English communication skills We aren't looking for someone who used to design and now only manages .
