- Establish and improve process capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.
- Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Improve throughput in constrained areas.
- Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
- Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput,



reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with mechanical assemblies.
- Experience assembling racks.
- Previous experience in power systems, embedded power, or similar areas.
- Experience with PCBAs.
