Objective of the RoleThe IC3 SRE Engineer is responsible for supporting and enhancing the reliability, availability, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure and applications.
This semi-senior role focuses on improving system stability and efficiency through advanced monitoring, automation, and incident response, contributing to the overall success of IT operations and strategic initiatives.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitor and troubleshoot complex data (logs) and infrastructure issues to maintain operational excellence.Develop and Maintain APIDevelop tools and scripts for automationDebuging and hanlde basic errorsKnowledge of SQL for complex querying, manipulating, and retrieving data from relational databases.Knowledge of develop PLSQL, database procedures or similar database programing languageSolid understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack, Graylog etcKnowledge of Open Search, OpenSearch Dashboards is a plus.Experience with version control systems like Git for managing code repositories, tracking changes,
