Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Celaya, Mexico.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and processes.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies that drive continuous improvement.Coordinate and participate in meetings with customer.Participate in meetings regarding the product on charge.Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive test cases and quality assurance protocols to ensure product compliance with specifications and industry standardsIdentify, document, and analyze defects and quality issues, providing detailed reports with root cause analysis and recommendations for resolutionMonitor and evaluate manufacturing and production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational proceduresResponsible for following up on customer complaints (closure of complaints and 8Ds)
