Main responsabilities
- Further development of products in line with the company´s strategy
- New product planning and development
- Packaging development
- Development of serial production with documentation for the production team
- Working closely with the production team and participating in production meetings
- Analyzing the technical demand and product function
- Finding technical solutions and aligning them to production possibilities
- Development and revision of technical drawings
- Development of tools for production
- Technical communication and coordination of our intercontinental team and external partners
- Preparation of product launches
- Assistance with product certifications
- Managing the products’ life-cycle
- Exploring new processes and materials
- Developing and documenting prototypes, samples and production tests
- Management of custom products development
- Independent responsibilities
- Researching and making new supplier contacts
- Leading supplier negotiations and discussions
- Maintenance and development of good supplier relationships
Requirements:
