Job Purpose:
The Senior Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales targets through strategic territory management, customer growth, and proactive prospecting. This role requires strong technical sales capabilities, the ability to translate complex solutions into business value, build trusted relationships, and deliver tailored proposals that align with customer strategic goals. This role supports EnerSys' continued leadership in the Motive Power division and is home-office based.

- Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic account retention, territory growth, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and case studies that drive long-term customer success.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers by aligning solutions with their strategic goals.
- Identify and influence key customer stakeholders to drive alignment, build consensus, and accelerate deal closure.
- Support and align dealer channel partners through strategic guidance, training, and joint sales planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Navigate complex sales challenges using strategic thinking and collaborative problem solving.
- Maintain deep product and market knowledge through continuous learning and active industry engagement.
- Exercise sound judgment in managing critical business matters and contribute to broader sales initiatives as needed.
