Job Summary:
As a Senior & Project Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and reliability of the organization's equipment and infrastructure, will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
This position will be based at our Mexicali, Baja California factory and will report to Maintenance Manager

What you will do:
As a Senior & Project Maintenance Engineer, you will:




- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshooting problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identify trends, and propose upgrades or improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance projects, upgrades, and modifications.
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of capital expenditure (Capex) projects, including new installations, upgrades, equipment replacements, and process improvements.
- Develop and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Define project requirements, timelines, and resources needed.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and prioritize initiatives.
