Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of production operations, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role involves high-level decision-making, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Senior Manager is a key contributor to business planning and operational excellence.

What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.
- Oversee the execution of production plans, maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner across departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align production goals with business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven decisions to optimize throughput
