Position Overview
The Resident Coordinator is the frontline voice of our communities, responsible for resident communication, lease renewals, delinquency management, and policy adherence. This role is essential in ensuring that residents feel heard, supported, and valued. Resident Coordinators serve as direct points of contact for residents and play a critical role in managing outcomes related to renewals, evictions, and satisfaction scores. Organizational Accountability:
This is a Part-Time Hourly, Non-Exempt Contracted Position designated for Remote International Team Members (ITMs).
The Resident Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Resident Services. Business hour operations are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri CT to USA. You must be able to work during that time frame as it applies to your time zone location.
Compensation:
Hourly rate ranging from $8-10/hour MXN; $6.50-$8 PH, commensurate with experience. This role is notbenefits-eligible due to part-time and Contractor Status. Any time away or holiday pay that _may_be granted, will be paid as bonus pay for the day regardless of hours worked and submitted on your contractor invoice. Bonus pay will equal 8 hours of work times your pay rate.
Pre-requisite Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support role. Prior experience in property management, resident communication, or account coordination is preferred.
