Job Overview

We are looking for a Bilingüal Sales Travel Agent to join our Call Center team in Cancún.
You will be the first point of contact for travelers, acting as their personal concierge. Your goal is to provide an engaging and high-quality sales experience that connects travelers to exclusive vacation opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
- Invite qualified travelers to attend exclusive vacation club presentations in exchange for special rewards.
- Identify high-potential guests (Q travelers) who match the club’s target audience.
- Maximize bookings by securing the highest number of eligible tour attendees.
- Upsell services, upgrades,



and reservations to enhance each traveler’s experience.
- Work in a high-energy call center environment, managing outbound calls to engaged travelers.
- Achieve sales and performance goals in a results-driven setting.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centers (preferred).
- Excellent persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
