**Luxury Real Estate Signature is looking for an experienced English-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Playa del Carmen.**
**We are a premium real estate agency specializing in property acquisition, investment, relocation, and personalized support for international clients in the Riviera Maya.**
**The role**
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, understanding clients’ needs and guiding them throughout the purchasing process — from the first contact to the closing.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing your own client portfolio
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Qualifying leads and understanding their investment or lifestyle goals
- Presenting and showing properties
- Advising clients throughout the purchasing process
- Building strong relationships with international buyers and investors
- Following up with leads and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Working closely with our internal team and trusted partners
**We are looking for**
- **Fluent English or Spanish -**Both are a strong advantage
- Valid **Real Estate License** or ability to obtain one according to local regulations




- **2-3 years of experience** in residential and/or luxury real estate, with strong knowledge of the local market
- Strong **sales, negotiation and business development** skills
- Excellent **client relationship, communication and follow-up** skills
- Comfortable with **CRM, social media and digital marketing tools**:
- **Autonomous, professional, reliable and flexible**:
- **Experience working with international clients** is a plus
