Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Business Development Manager to lead our partnership acquisition efforts. The idóneo candidate will be a "go-getter" responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with corporate partners and business owners. - Strategic Partnership Acquisition: Proactively source, pitch, and close deals with potential business partners and relevant entities within target industries.
- Market Expansion: Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential clients and untapped opportunities, specifically within the US Market.
- Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute creative marketing and outreach campaigns designed to attract new business and enhance the company's market presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations (Sales, Customer Service,



Dispatch), IT, and Product Development teams to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and effective.
- Sales Integration: Align with the sales team to present product services to potential clients and ensure a seamless transition from lead to partner.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain rigorous tracking of all marketing and business development initiatives, following up diligently to convert prospects into active partners.
