Job Description

Our Research team sits within Endava’s Product & Design discipline, where researchers, strategists, designers, artists, and marketers work together to create meaningful, customer-centric experiences.
We are looking for an experienced Research Consultant with strong mixed-methods research capabilities, combining qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and strategic thinking.
This is a hands-on research role for someone who can take an ambiguous business question, determine the right research approach, conduct and analyze primary research,



synthesize complex findings, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations. You will work with both internal teams and clients, including senior and executive stakeholders, so strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research projects, from defining research questions and selecting the appropriate methodology through analysis, synthesis, and presentation of findings.
- Design and conduct qualitative research, including stakeholder and user interviews, alongside secondary research.
- Design surveys and perform quantitative analysis using appropriate statistical methods to identify meaningful patterns and insights.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support business and product decisions.
- Create executive-ready deliverables and confidently present
