POSITION SUMMARY
The MDM (Master Data Management) Operational Lead is responsible for managing and directing the day‑to‑‑day activities of the MDM Operational Analysts and MDM Materials Management Analysts across a regional portfolio of four manufacturing plants. This role ensures consistency in execution, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and alignment of revision changeover processes across all assigned sites. The Lead drives cross‑functional coordination between Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, and the MDM CCO (Commercialization Change Order) Team to minimize operational disruptions and optimize inventory utilisation during revision transitions. He/she is accountable for team performance, process standardization, escalation management, and continuous improvement across the regional CCO operations footprint.

- Ensure all revision changeover processes are executed consistently and within defined SLAs across all assigned plants
