What the The Global Organizational Learning & Development Coordinator
does at Worldwide
The Global Organizational Learning & Development Coordinator is an operations-focused role within the Integral Organizational Learning & Development reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Learning & Development or a designated GOLD leader.

This role is responsible for leading and managing the operational execution of the GOLD team's training logistics, enterprise learning calendar, learner communications, session coordination, program rosters, attendance tracking, and post-session follow-through. It ensures GOLD programs are scheduled, communicated, delivered, tracked, and closed out with consistency, professionalism, and a strong learner experience across global audiences.
