Job Purpose and Impact

The Manager, Corporate Communications develops and executes communications programs, messaging resources, and executive communications that support Cargill's reputation, strengthen organizational alignment, and advance key business priorities. The role manages high-profile communications projects, partners to deliver communications initiatives, and helps ensure leaders and communicators have the tools they need to communicate consistently and effectively.

This role is responsible for managing corporate messaging resources, supporting executive and board communications, and delivering communications programs that enable leaders and communicators across the company to communicate with clarity, consistency, and confidence.



The Manager translates complex business, financial, policy, and industry topics into actionable communications tools and content while ensuring effective governance, distribution, and measurement of communications initiatives.

The role works closely with colleagues across the company to support strategic communications priorities, deliver key corporate communications programs, and continuously improve communications effectiveness.
