Act as the LGFS Asset Management lead on all transactions where the customer has entered administration, receivership, liquidation or an equivalent insolvency process.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal and external counsel on security interests, ownership evidence, proofs of debt and claims (e.g. Manage the physical recovery of assets where required: location, collection, condition reporting, data sanitisation and redeployment or remarketing.
Assist with residual value research across IT hardware categories (PCs, servers, storage, AI/GPU assets) using secondary market, auction and ITAD channel data.
Support scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risk/return trade-offs on transactions.
Drive special projects for Asset Management:
Own and drive delivery of special projects across the Asset Management function, from scoping through to implementation and handover to business-as-usual.
