Experience A minimum of 5 to 8 years in leadership positions within the manufacturing or automotive sector.
Languages Advanced English or bilingual proficiency is essential for dealing with foreign corporate partners and suppliers.
Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP systems SAP, Oracle,



Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and key performance indicator KPI management.
Knowledge of information and communication technologies ICT is particularly important in the training of supply chain managers, as it is becoming increasingly common to rely on specific programssuch as warehouse management software or a manufacturing execution system MESfor logistics and production in a Warehouse 4.0.
