Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to serve as the first line of technical support for our internal teams. You will troubleshoot issues across CRM, TA Portal, Front, Zoom, and Microsoft 365, while maintaining documentation and proactive improvements.
Collaborating with Product and Engineering, you will help keep systems productive and ensure a smooth employee experience across Reservations, Concierge, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
