OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

Ensure the development of accurate demand forecasts supported by strategic information, enabling effective supply chain planning and decision-making aligned with business objectives.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Formal education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economic, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, production planning, supply chain, material replenishment, scheduling, S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning), Inventory Control, etc.
- Languages: Advanced English
- Knowledge and key Competencies and Skills: Manage CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) processes with strategic customers, Analyze Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory levels, inventory coverage, Fill Rate, On-Shelf Availability, and service levels to identify supply risks and sales opportunities, Ability to translate retail data and insights into joint action plans across customers, Commercial, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams, Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and critical thinking, Clear and effective communication, strong influence skills, and data-driven storytelling, Ability to make fast and effective decisions in dynamic and fast-paced environments, Ability to interpret large volumes of data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

?

- Lead the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) process with strategic customers such as Walmart, developing collaborative demand and replenishment plans through the analysis of Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory levels, promotions, and service levels. Identify risks and opportunities and coordinate action plans with Commercial, Supply Chain, and customer teams.
- Lead the SIOP / IBP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning) process, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models that integrate statistical, market, promotional, product launch, and historical data.
- Analyze demand trends, variations, and deviations to propose action plans that improve forecast performance.
- Generate performance reports and analysis based on key KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Fill Rate, Service Level, and inventory levels.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, integrating qualitative and quantitative inputs to strengthen demand planning.




- Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to anticipate risks and support product availability decisions.
- Manage, update, and improve planning processes using systems such as SAP and Blue Yonder, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Prepare and present executive reports with a strong analytical focus, leveraging tools such as Power BI.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the demand planning process.
