Accountabilities

- Partner with sites and/or functional managers to determine HSE priorities, establish service level agreements and lead the design and delivery of solutions to ensure the HSE capabilities and culture to drive the achievement of HSE business goals and reducing the associated risk. Work with regional HSE Specialists to design customer focused and tailored HSE service portfolio.
- Advise management on all HSE aspects including changes in local /code of practices, present and future risks and HSE people development within territory scope.




- Support leaders in developing the HSE capabilities and resources required to enable delivery of business strategy.
- Take the accountability for local implementation of HSE operational process (reporting of injury and illness, environmental issues and auditing)
- Provide expert and well – balanced technical HSE advice and ensure all processes / operations are managed in line with Syngenta Code of Practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Establish a proactive process to monitor compliance with Syngenta HSE code of practices and applicable legal requirements according to the size and nature of the risks in the operations.
- Contribute / lead Mexico and CAC HSE projects defined on the Integral strategy.
