We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead customer-facing operations and drive excellence in service performance, demand coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting operational efficiency and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Previous experience within the wire harness manufacturing industry is required.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a customer service team to ensure outstanding customer support and responsiveness.




- Coordinate customer demand requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor service performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer escalations and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
- Support inventory optimization and demand fluctuations through effective planning and communication.
- Partner with operations, production, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
