Responsibilities
Own a project while regularly checking in with team members for questions and updates.
Improve existing code through progressive refactoring.
Ensure reliability through unit, integration, and load testing.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and distribute knowledge.
Contribute to continuous integration and deployment.
Build software that improves the lives of Lyft drivers and passengers.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field at a university in Mexico.
Graduating between December **** and Summer ****.
Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
Experience with real-time technology problems and databases.
Good English communication skills.
Contributions to open source projects and previous work with social networks are valued.
Passion for community, sustainability, and/or transportation.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Resume must be submitted in English.
