We are looking for a proactive, organized, analytical, and results-oriented professional to join our team as Logistics Executive.

This position is responsible for coordinating transportation, shipments, customs processes, and import-related activities, ensuring timely execution, accurate documentation, and proper follow-up of logistics operations.

Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics, foreign trade, transportation coordination, or related areas.
- 5+ years of experience is preferred, but candidates with less experience may be considered based on their skills and relevant background.
- Experience coordinating air, sea, and ground transportation.




- Experience in logistics operations and shipment coordination.
- Knowledge of foreign trade and customs processes.
- Knowledge of CARM and VUCEM.
- Knowledge of automatic permits, regulations, and non-tariff restrictions.
- Experience using SAP.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and work with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international industrial environment.
