- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple technology domains.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offer negotiations and close candidates effectively.Sourcing & Market Intelligence- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Perform talent mapping and competitor intelligence research.
- Maintain an active pipeline of passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Stay informed about technology market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.Stakeholder Management- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges.
- Drive effective stakeholder communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR, onboarding teams, and vendors to ensure seamless hiring operations.Reporting & Process Excellence- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Submission-to-Interview Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.




- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
