You sell high-ticket residential real estate from our Mexico City showroom - and you close it yourself.

RevoRE commercializes residential and resort projects across Mexico. We are opening a showroom in Mexico City to sell, in one place, a portfolio that today sits in the Riviera Maya, Baja California Sur, Yucatán and Mexico City itself: finished beachfront and jungle-view units, master-planned communities, and brokerage inventory with tickets from US$200K to over US$1M.

You are the person that portfolio runs through. Qualified leads reach you already profiled; you take the discovery call, host the showroom visit, build the investment case, take the reservation, travel with the buyer to see the property, and close. In the projects where the price point calls for a small team instead of a single advisor, you recruit, train and coach that team - and you earn on what they close, too.

This is a player-coach role. Roughly 70% of your time is your own pipeline; 30% is making other people sell.
- Take qualified leads through discovery, showroom presentation, reservation,



site visit and closing, all the way to escrituración.
- Build the investment case for each unit: rental yield, price per m², comparables, appreciation outlook and total cost of ownership. Most of our buyers are investors; many are foreign.
- Host closing trips to the Riviera Maya, Baja California Sur and Yucatán - you travel with the buyer, or you coordinate the local host who receives them.
- Keep every interaction in the CRM: source, stage, next step, date. Our pricing decisions depend on your data being clean.
- In projects with lower price points, build and coach a small advisory team (typically 2-4 advisors): recruiting, onboarding, scripts, objection handling, weekly pipeline reviews and targets.
- Coordinate with external brokers where the project uses them, without letting them compete against your own pipeline.
