The APS Americas HSE Manager serves as the regional Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) subject matter expert and strategic leader for manufacturing operations across the United States and Mexico. Reporting to the APS Americas Sr. Manager,



the role provides leadership, governance, and technical support to manufacturing sites in support of GoalZERO and Operational Excellence objectives. This position partners with Site Leadership and their team, Manufacturing Support Staff, and Global APS HSE networks to strengthen HSE performance, ensure compliance, and build site ownership of HSE systems and programs. This position drives regional alignment of HSE expectations, facilitates sharing of best practices, supports risk reduction initiatives, and serves as a key resource for incident learning and organizational capability building.
