Support Services Group is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, results-driven Accountant.EducationBachelor's degree or Technical Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional Experience2–4 years of accounting experience in Mexico, preferably in a corporate or business environment.Hands-on experience with accounts payable, vendor invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.Experience reviewing and processing invoices and ensuring proper documentation and payment follow-up.Technical SkillsProficiency in CONTPAQi / CompaQ accounting software.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and financial data.Working knowledge of Mexican tax regulations,



particularly:VAT (IVA)Income Tax (ISR)General Mexican tax compliance and reporting obligations.Basic knowledge of payroll processes and IMSS requirements.LanguageFluent or advanced English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.Soft SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proactive follow-up skills and the ability to keep track of pending tasks and payments.Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with internal teams.
