To be successful in this role you will need the following:Provides technical and operational support to users and organizational systems, ensuring the proper functioning and continuity of IT services.
Provides timely assistance and follow-up on incidents and service requests, trobleshooting issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and applications.
Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and a positive user experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to users both onsite and remotely.Receive, diagnose, and follow up on IT incidents and service requests.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, peripheral, and connectivity issues.Install, configure, maintain, and update computers, applications, and IT systems.Manage and follow up on user accounts, access, and permissions.Document incidents, solutions,
