Quality Supervisor - Quality Administrative TechnicianAt IAC Group, we are looking for a Quality Supervisor to support operational and administrative quality activities within the plant.This position will focus on quality process follow-up, document control, audit support, and KPI monitoring, working closely with operations and manufacturing teams.ResponsibilitiesFollow up on daily quality department activities.Support supervision and coordination of operational personnel.Monitor quality indicators and records.Follow up on corrective actions and containment activities.Support internal audits and compliance with procedures.Prepare reports and quality documentation.Ensure compliance with quality standards on the production floor.RequirementsTechnical degree, Engineering degree,



or Bachelor's degree completed.1 to 3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or processes.Willingness to work rotating shiftsBasic experience supervising or following up with operational personnel.Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why's, SPC, LPA, Basic blueprint reading, Measuring instruments, Excel and administrative follow-upCompetenciesOrganizationAttention to detail and follow-upEffective communicationTeamworkProblem-solvingPreferredExperience in automotive or manufacturing environments.Basic knowledge of Core Tools.
