The Accounts Payable Manager owns the accounts payable function end to end across US and international entities, including vendors, invoices, payments, corporate cards, and employee reimbursements.
This hands on role manages day to day operations with precision while building policies, controls, and scalable automated processes to support integral business growth.Responsibilities:Own the accounts payable function end to end across US and international entitiesRun vendor onboarding and maintain accurate compliant vendor recordsOwn the invoice approval workflow ensuring timely approvals accurate coding and recordingManage weekly payment runs across entities and payment methodsReconcile vendor statements investigate discrepancies and drive variances to resolutionAdminister spend platforms for invoices corporate cards and reimbursementsOversee the corporate card program including issuance limits and controlsEnforce compliance with travel and entertainment policiesOwn annual **** preparation and filing and support vendor tax compliance including W 9 and W 8 collectionSupport month end close with AP accruals and aging reviewsDesign policies and build scalable automated processes to improve AP speed accuracy and efficiencyRequirements:Ten or more years of accounts payable experience with a track record of increasing responsibilityExpert knowledge of US vendor compliance and reporting including **** W 9 and W 8Strong knowledge of international vendor compliance requirementsExperience managing AP across multiple subsidiaries including international entities and multi currency paymentsHands on experience with modern spend platforms such as Ramp Brex or Bill comHigh attention to detail and precision in invoice and payment processingStrong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skills for vendor and internal team collaborationProactive problem solving mindset with a focus on process automationAbility to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environmentNice to Have:Familiarity with NetSuiteExperience in e commerce or consumer product companiesWhat Success Looks Like:Building a best in class accounts payable function serving the business vendors and employeesExecuting accurate invoice processing payment runs and vendor reconciliationsEnsuring full compliance with vendor tax reporting and corporate policy enforcementDesigning scalable automated AP processes and robust internal controlsSupporting accurate month end close through timely AP accruals and aging reviews#J-*****-Ljbffr
