The Master Scheduler role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.What a typical day looks like:Create daily production schedulesSupervise that deadlines are met.Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilizationLiaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand managementWork closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtimeEnsure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materialsDevelop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilizationWork closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issuesProvide training to staff members as requiredReport key metrics as requiredThe experience we're looking to add to our team:BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.Solid experience in production controlIntermediate- Advanced EnglishExperience handling and presenting metricsAdvanced Excel skillsKnowledge of MRP (Baan)Experience with inventory and continuous improvement during implementationsWork order managementLogical reasoningCommunication skillsSchedule availabilityWork under pressure.
