Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Control-M for job scheduling and log analysis. • Hands-on experience with FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty for file management. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and task management. • Basic SQL knowledge, including select queries and subqueries. • Familiarity with DataStage for monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.
